Are Ultrasonic Foggers as good as people claim for indoor gardens?

I've heard good things about Ultrasonic Foggers. Does anyone out there have experience using an Ultrasonic Fogger for their indoor garden. If so, please let me know if it is worth using. How does it measure up in terms of yield, speed, and maintenance?
