Are UK clothing AND shoe sizes exactly the same in South Africa. Is a 10 a 10 ect?

Or how do I convert? I know individual brands ect are different but I'm asking about standardized sizes. Clothing for example I'm a South African 10 we also refer to it as a 34 and shoe size I am a 6. Is it the same as in the UK?
