...most aquarium fish are tropical... there's only a handful of keepers who keep cold water specimens (aside from goldfish) and they tend to require more care.. so ...yes? tropical fish are super easy to care for... most of them anyways...
...though I have a feeling you meant saltwater? As a lot of people don't realize tropical means... WARM...
Saltwater fish are easy to care for if you $pony$ up front for a good setup... I'd recommend starting with over 40 gallons.. anything under 30 is considered 'nano' and requires a more skillful keeper...
