Almost all of the veins in my feet are kind of popping out and bulging. My feet are kind of lacking fat. My feet often feel heavy and when I raise my legs the veins don't bulge anymore. I don't feel any itchiness or anything. This has been going on for about a year I believe. Are these varicose veins?
