bicycles are not to be stored on balconies/porch cannot hang wind chimes outside. no nails screws push pins in walls (we were told its ok but in the lease it says not to will this come out of our deposit) no satalite dishes allowed. threatning to tow everyones cars when parked in their own assigned spot. We told our landlord the last 100 dollars due towards rent was in the mail and he still posted a 3 day or vacate note on our door when he should have gotten it by then. also we have a couple dents in our walls throughout the house If we get a patch kit and fix them up will we not have to pay for it when we leave since they will end up painting over it so it will look fine. This landlord is new to this apt and changing all these rules
