Are these good exercises to get abs, a v line, and some arm mucle?

I just started working out and i run three times around my block, (in two weeks ill go to 4 times then 5 then so on) and im gonna do it 3 or 4 times a week followed by which i do 100pushups and 100 crunchs every morning and i eat healthy drink 1 or 2 sodas a day and the rest is water, and i try to eat healthy, will this help me have a body in shape? ( lose my small belly and maybe get a 4 pack?) also can anyone tell me an exercise like a sit up or push up where i dont need a machine to maybe get a v line? Also how long would it take doing the crunches to get a flat stomach and maybe abs and what not if im doing 600 crunchs a week
Im almost seventeen and a guy by the way
