Are these fish ok for a 46 gallon tank? (Fish and Details inside)?

These are the fish-
-8 Neon Tetras
-6 Bleeding Heart Tetras
-4 German Blue Rams
-4 Boesemani Rainbow Fish
-4Dwarf Gouramis
-2 Siamese Algae Eaters
-1 Pitbull Pleco
I know it probably is a little over stocked but I will do 35% water changes weekly and test my water!
Its a bow front tank... And I don't have the fish yet Im just seeing if these fish are ok to get for my tank...
 
I have a 60 gallon tank at my house and i have all the fish listed above plus more. They should be fine but just make sure they don't get to aggressive or to big because you may have a problem.
 
Like he said, their size matters but if you were to take a picture of the tank (because the tank can have a different shape to it) and the fish all together(as in go to the store and take pics.) then I would love to take further thoughts. Also you might want to look at online notes at how they react to each other.
 
Sounds a little crowded, and make sure that all of them will get along OK before you put them in the same tank.
