Absolutely bloody ridiculous they must be on a bonus scheme no one in their right mind would have acted in this way, if they worked for me I would sack them for being total morons.
 
ive heard of these people before havent they got anything better to do? i think its disgusting and they should do more to protect us from murderers/rapists and other people who are out there to make our lives a living hell and stop picking on the nitty gritty mistakes that people make.
 
Its all just an excuse to scare folk out of their money. As usual the rich get richer and the poorer get poorer........the divide grows and the power hungry bureaucrats rub their hands at yet another successful 'story'
