Are there Vets who will perform sex change operations on poodles?

I am sure that my little toy poodle," Pee Pee" is truly a female dog trapped in a male dogs body. He/she always squats when he/she goes wee wee. And I have seen him pulling at his penis with his teeth and
crying. Please help me find a vet that will make him a female.
 
NO.THAT is not the problem.It could have a bladder,or unitary tract infection.A vet is needed but not for what you think.Be glad he squats instead of heisting on everything.Much nicer.My male dog does that but it is because he has been neutered and the vet who did it did extreme he was only 3-4 months old now over 2 years old.He can't raise his leg.Take the poor dog to the vet asap he is having a problem and is in PAIN.
 
It sounds like he has a urinary tract infection, take him to a vet. Some male dogs always squat.
