I am a lesbian and I work with another lesbian who I often turn to check out as much as I can and most times even while she is serving someone she is staring right at me and happens to be exactly as I look at her and she doesn't make an effort to look away or hide it. I always get nervous stare back and with a smile I look away and it will happen time and time again. Is she just innocently appreciating me or is she hinting?

She has also said I am like an older version of her gf and has asked me to come for a knock off drink numerous times at work. She also told me she wouldn't mind sleeping with another female at some stage because she has only ever been with one girl (her current gf) but at the same time she tells me she would never cheat on her partner
 
Sounds like a flirt and will never go anywhere - and if it did she'd only cheat again on you.
Find someone else and keep the relationship professional.
