Are there programs that pay for home improvement if you are terminally ill?

Or could there be programs that grant you money for other things like a computer or gently used vehicle to search for medical resources?
Also, could there be a way to take a training course for FREE that will teach me to care for sick family members?
All these types of things are needed VERY badly. Thank you.
