I'm sure there are but they are most likely difficult to find, id get a wireless headset or a aural amplifier(hearing aid) that will allow her to hear the TV when it is at low volume, If she won't do that due to pride, then I recommend "tripping" and causing the TV to fly out the window, or maybe drugs.
