Are there new text ringtones on iPhone iOS 4.2.1?

http://www.apple.com/ios/ says there are, but my phone doesn't have any.
Where do I get them? I'm ok with paying for them...haha.
@evilattorney I don't care if they're lame, pleeeaaase tell me how to get to them!!
