i seem to remember hearing, or reading somewhere that the Airbus A380 engineers had installed a mini turbine at the bottom of the aircraft which is released in mid flight in order to generate a supply of electrical energy which will be used as a result of engine failure however i dont remember where i heard this and i cant seem to find any places which state this. So could anyone please clarify whether what im saying is legit, or complete rubbish that i probably dreamt up
