Are there mental health conditions which don't involve an overvalued idea?

I suppose the likes of organically caused delirium and dementia, and psychosis of that aetiology, would fall into that category, but it seems to me that the notion of an overvalued idea is overwhelmingly important in the diagnosis of mental health and it can explain almost everything. I can't stop thinking about it.
