Only American People in the US Military, ALL OF THE TIME.
In the Army, there is no White, Black, CHINESE....etc.

You never know it mite some but they could get assigned to a different place for training so you wont know until you get there.

In general, the military pretty closely resembles the population. It slides by a percentage or two occasionally, but it matches pretty closely most of the time.
For example, African American females were slightly over-represented, but that started to change about 2005 with popularity of the going down expecially among minorities. So it changes, but its stays pretty close.
