your blogs or website? Say I have a cooking website/blogs that I have created. I want to post family recipes and cooking techniques for people to read about and comment on. I may not have enough content to keep this going on and to keep it fresh I want to use articles and recipes from other sites and popular resources on my page. As long as I don't imply that I wrote the content and include all the information I have about the original source (web link, author, etc.), will I have any legal kick back for using this information without the direct consent of the author?
Say I come across an article and recipe from Martha Stewart or Rachel Ray and post it on my page, crediting the original site and creator, is there any laws stating that I cannot do this?
