I'm looking into buying a new car, but I've got a relatively tiny budget... Ok so not a new car, but a new car for ME ($600-$1250). yeah, CHEAP.
So, considering I would want a black car, but in reality there is no way that beggars can be choosers, can I just spray paint the car black? In honesty I don't care about the quality of the paint job, just that it's a different color. So... Can I do it or do I have to fill out some paperwork first, or do I HAVE to have a company do it?
