I am in need of a health makeover (female, 34 yrs old, 50+lbs overweight...) but lack the motivation & discipline that would be required to follow an online program (or to team up w/ a friend) and stick through to the end.
i am trying to save some $$$ w/ the hope that i can find a place to go away to for 3 months and be put on somebody else' exercise program; lose some weight while there and get myself started on a healthy & long term program / routine.
i live in GA but are willing to travel to another state for the program.
are there inexpensive places you can recommend (well, besides the biggest looser coz i would not qualify)?
