I am interested in learning to fly but do not have the money to do so. I live in Pinellas County Florida and have been looking for scholarships, however the only scholarships I can find have a minimum age of 16. I will be turning 15 in June and would like to know if anyone knows of some scholarships in florida where a 15 year old can apply.
