in high school, history was my best subject. Now that its been a while since i graduated (class of 2005 and a half lol) I was wondering if anyone knew some websites that help you learn it a bit. Besides the history channel. Thanks=]
I would go with wikipedia. It has a bad reputation but I personally believe this is because teachers want their students to develop better research skills rather than having everything right there at the click of a button. Besides that, Wikipedia has extremely specific articles devoted to just about any subject imaginable. It is regularly inspected for accuracy and often times has it's material sourced and cited. I haven't found one wrong piece of information on Wikipedia since I've been using it.
They've gotten alot better in recent years, and their wealth of information is larger and more complete than any other source in the world. Take things with a grain of salt, but you have to do that with all sources.
