are there any types of places for teens to willingly go to to discuss substance abuse...

...and problems w/o parents if i teenager wanted to go to a meeting-type of place to listen or talk about their problems without parental consent or knowledge, where would they go/do these places even exist?

i know there are hotlines, but if a teen wanted to talk to someone in person (other than a school counsler or someone) or attend an AA-type meeting WITHOUT their parents knowing, where do they go?
