Are there any strategies or training tips on how to run the curves on an outdoor track?

the curves have always been a struggle for me so does any specific brand or shoe help with this part of the track?
 
The turns on a standard 400m outdoor track are not sharp enough to need a strategy. What event are you running?
 
lean in. like tilt your body like you are diagonal like this symbol \ also drive your arm that is toward the outside of the track in. it should round over your stomach. the arm on the inside should keep going straight, and the outside one should "drive" itself inward. this should take time off for you, and helps a lot!!
