Is adultery considered a crime? if so which act does the offender violate? if there is no clear guidelines regarding adultery, are there any possible legal consequences?
 
No. Adultery is considered to be your own private business.

We have had No fault divorce laws since the early 1970's...you separate for a year, apply for a Decree Nisi, a year later you pay your $300 and get granted your Decree Absolute...voila!! you're divorced.

What sort of Victorian backwater do you think we are?
