Are there any reliable sources for gaming news

You won't really find any no bs gaming websites. But here are a couple others:

These are all owned by Blogsmith Media, a division of AOL. They also write a slew of other blogs, including Engadget. They never go about silly publicity such as that; and if it's a rumor, they tag it so. Also they update articles even after they are published. A true, fair and balanced blog.

PS - IGN is really just about the only people who make stuff up. Any article from IGN should automatically be considered null and void, no matter what the subject is. NEVER, EVER trust a article from that site, as later an official announcement will be made completely opposite IGN's made-up publicity bullshit, and you will be the one who get's moded. I've been there. Other OTers have been there. It ain't pretty.
 
if this http://www.joystiq.com/ is putting the Sony limited warranty agreement fuggpacking on the front page then I really don't see that as being a very reliable source. Going more indepth into the rumor instead of seeing the bigger industry picture really does leave a bad taste in my mouth.
 
IGN and Gamespot do sometimes have rumors etc. However, I just usually use both sites as references to reviews and stuff... not gaming news. Although, both sites usually do give authentic news statistics (such as game and console numbers).
 
Those sites I listed usually have non bs news and are updated fairly often. I check gamespot and 1up but lately a lot of their articles are so BS i threw up in my throat. I missed the old gamecenter days...
