Are there any programs that extract Files from Disc Image form?

I torrented a program the only problem is that it is in Disc image form, the only programs I have that will have anything to do with i are Nero and zip genius. Zip Genius won't let me do anything with it and Nero is worthless in this regard. I need a program that will allow me to extract the setup files.
Its about 550 megs and Power ISO caps at 300.
