But if you're willing to pay just a little for some quality online hockey, then I would suggest nhl.com or more precisely, gamecenter.nhl.com. They show extremely high quality games, I rarely have any problems with the streaming and the cost is minimal. It's $19.95 a month or $159.00 per season. At $19.95 per month you get upto 40 games per week. That's potentially 160 games per month, if you had that much time to watch them all! I think that $20/ month would come to about 12 cents per game or something like that. I pay the $159 per season, and I get any game that I want to see. Again, some places won't make you pay at all, but I think the quality is worth paying for.
