Are there any Movie magazines?

Just wondering if there are any monthly mags available that review the latest movies and reveal movie news.

I am interested in reading reviews and info about the latest harry potter and bruno etc.

If anyone knows any mags, i'd love to know!

Sight & Sound is the best out there. Unless you want less film theory concentrated reviews then go for one of the others mentioned. Little White Lies is a gorgeous independent film magazine.

Empire and Total Film are the best two - both have websites so you can see the contents for free... Or if you're set on getting them buy a subsciption, works out much cheaper in the long run

Is there quite a good feature on 'bruno' in the total film mag?

I used to subscribe to both Empire and Total Film (both were great in their time). Now I just read the reviews I want online. Total Film was the better mag, imo.

If one near you, Borders does a huge selection of film magazines, could go and browse the film magazines. All the ones mentioned are in Borders.

There is a new mag called Filmstar which is excellent it had some great HP & Bruno features

I find Empire Magazine a little too elitist. Its almost like you have to love Citizen Kane before you are are given the right to read the magazine.

I much prefer Total Film.
