I have been working for the city for three years now and i havent had a raise yet. Isnt it against the law? Every year the mayor puts down trees and plants and this and that but the workers dont get a raise. Now he has been asked if there will be a change and his answer is always the same, NO. I just want to know if it is worth the risk of taking the city to court or not..PLLLZZZZZZ help
