Are there any horse back riding camps I can go to....?

Depends on where you live.
IF you live on the east coast I have a lot of camps that I went to as a young girl.

I doubt you'll find one that'll let you bring your own horse without you being part of the camp work force and without your horse being highly evaluated. That might have happened 20 years ago, but no responsible camp would do that today. Even if you didn't get hurt, if another camper got their foot stepped on or something and sued (There'll always be one that does) or a camper brought an unsuitable horse that injured the another's horse- No. No way will a camp take that risk, unless it is run by ignorant know-nothings, in which case it probably won't be any fun anyways.
