Are there any home remedies for dogs with tummy aches?

My dog just took a flea medicine pill and now seems as though he isn't feeling well. Our vet's office is closed for the evening, and I was just wondering if I could give him anything to make him feel a little better.

a spoon of olive oil a salt, or feed him dog food it is like taking a medicine on an empty stomach.
