Are there any GPS loggers for my Symbian Nokia E71?

I just came out of court, some guy is harassing me through the legal system and making various accusations like assault

I want to be able to cover myself with evidence that could protect me

The last court case he won, and I was found guilty of something I didn't do
It will be like a personal diary to provide me with an alibi, the police down here are very slow with there investigations and by time they interview me the alleged day the assault took place is long gone (last time it was 6 weeks)
 
And how will you then prove that you have not altered the logs or that you have been in the possession of the phone at time T in place A and not in place B where the other party claims to have been harassed by you? How would the GPS log be more reliable than what you can prove with good old fashion witness.
