Are there any good motorcycle mechanics in Orange County California?

Have a 1986 VF1000R that has been sitting for a long time. Would like to pull it out of storage and use again. Put away with loud engine knock in low gears that went away in high gears. Top end was not the problem. Would like to have the engine rebuilt. I have another engine for parts.

I have the means just do not know of any good mechanics.
