Are there any good cooking courses, that TEACH the BASICS in cooking, ONLINE?

there are no cooking classes near my place.
and i am really interested to learn to cook.

I dont even know the correct method to chop VEGETABLES.

yes, i am DESPERATE.

I will need to rehabilitate myself to a new atmosphere/place, and in order to keep in shape, i learnt it is better to cook ones own food.

Please help and star this question, so as to achieve more answers.

I do not know about any actual courses..but youtube has a lot of instructional videos...you can find videos on everything from how to boil an egg, to how to cut an onion to how to fry chicken.
