I am planning my garden. Looking at all of these green beans, snap beans, etc. I am wondering... if I let them mature and dry the beans, is there any reason why all of them would not be good cooked in soup, etc? I would rather not go through the trials of drying and cooking them all to find out!
Are there any garden beans that are not good as shelled dry beans?
