...etc. pages offline? I use two computers to do website design - however, the one I use to do image editing is a PC without internet access. Does anyone know of any programs available to download that lets you edit HTML, CSS, etc. and preview changes to an offline webpage? It would be so much easier to use such a program than to use a USB drive constantly to transfer files.

I don't need a program that "makes" the website for you with preset layouts, just a simple editor would do the trick. Does such a thing exist?

Just edit and save your files in notepad and as long as you have an internet browser installed on your computer you can view them.
 
Notepad and firefox?

Any web browser will open up html files no matter if they are stored online or locally.
