I injured my right hip and I've started to gain some weight lately because I used to exercise by walking and running.
Any ideas for exercise. I prefer cardio ones.
It is a post-injury recovery phase. I am taking physical therapy for it.
But I still feel like crap because I don't exercise like I did.
I'm not into diets or meal replacement stuff at all. I eat healthy foods and it's the "not being active" part that's bothering me
