are there any differences between myspace and face book?

they're both social networking sites. the layouts are much different. lately myspace seems to be more of a place for people to show their creativity by having their own page and design (layout). facebook is more uniform and is much more for keeping in touch with friends easily, as well as seeing their updates, etc. if you just want to keep in touch with friends, facebook is the way to go. plus there aren't 40 year old pervs pretending to be someone they aren't preying on kids. when you get on facebook, its more to connect with people you already know, while myspace is more for meeting new people and playing apps. myspace is lame, really. there are just a bunch of young teenagers ranting and raving and fighting, app players, and old pervs pretending to be young to prey on young people. lol
 
myspace is more for younger people and about how computer skilled you are...its more about being popular (how many friends you have) and what your profile looks like...more of a hangout spot where facebook is more for older people its more simple and usually used to stay in touch with people not just for entertainment.
 
nope, they both suck.

Technically, they both are social networking sites, but Myspace is insecure. Lots of Internet threats and perverts (yes, I know there are good people as well who use the service).

I used to have a Facebook account until they changed their Terms of Use
