I heard that just 25 years ago the whole city was a hellhole. Everyone was rude and there was nothing but criminals in the city. No one wanted to go to any part of the city. It was more dangerous Bagdad or Ciudad Juarez but worse. All the buildings were bombed out. Everything was dirty and smelly. Now it looks like there is no more crime or poverty left anywhere in the city.
