Are there any cooking oil substitutes that are other foods?

I don't like to use oil subsitutes either. I sometimes use the Misto Olive oil sprayer. I think mine cost about $15. Pump the top and then spray a very light mist of real olive oil onto a pan or over veggies of potatoes that your baking. It's real oil, but it allows you to use so small amount that you're getting much less calories and fat.
 
I do not like using cooking spray and cooking oil is too high in fat. Margarine has too many chemicals. Butter is also very high in fat. Are there any actual foods or products that can be used that are low in fat? I'm curious to see if there are any all natural products. Thanks!
