I'm fifteen years old and I've been thinking that I want to own a bakery when I am older and I want to know how to bake and decorate cakes and stuff like that guy on Cake Boss. I'm moving to Vegas next summer and I'm going to be 16 by then, does anyone know if there are any classes for people like me.
