Are there any characters that combined cartoon with live-action?

Characters themselves? The characters on Ned's Declassified often do cartoon-style wildtakes, like their eyes bugging out, breath fire after eating something spicy, or have smoke coming from their ears.. also that "drug sequence" with Peter Griffin turning into a live-action version of himself.

I can't think of any not already mentioned, though Ralph Bakshi's "Cool World" was originally going to feature something like this. His original story was about a character with both live action and animated body parts, the child of an animator and the animator's own creation, and was going to grow up a serial killer for the way the world treated him/her/it.

only two i can think of is who framed roger rabbiet and space Jam. both had live aciton people and cartoons. another one is the page master. and Aurther and the invsibles.

The thread is asking about characters who are a combination of live-action and animation, not movies which feature both, 'cause there are plenty of those: Mary Poppins, Bedknobs & Broomsticks, The Phantom Tollbooth and Twice Upon a Time, to name only a few. Judge Doom from Roger Rabbit and Holly Wood from Cool World would be examples. Stanley Ipkiss's alter ego in The Mask would be another.

I suppose one could also count Angela Anaconda, which featured cut out photos of live images moving like animated characters.
