that fits like the pic.? I don't understand the new ear canal earbud trend. I think it cause so much pressure in the ear & its kind of disgusting. But i want earbuds i can sleep on and has bluetooth. So i figure hearing aid design is the best but it seems like no one uses this design. This doesn't seem like it will fall out during excerices either
