Are there any 3d party programs for Zune?

I have an older 30Gb Zune and since they upgraded the Zune software, Drag-n-drop from the Windows Explorer and the Windows Media Player are no longer supported. Is there a 3d party software that will allow a better/easier method of adding/removing content on the player(dnd)?
