Are there anthrax in tide samples sent through the mail?

My aunt lives in Indiana another in Ohio. They called my mom and got her scared goin on about some kinda bullshiit people OS gettin tide detergent in the mail & it has anthrax or whatever in it. Is that true? Ummm. What in the world is anthrax anyhow?
They said they seen it on "CNN" News..
