I have a 1998 Plymouth Neon. When I push my brakes to stop it makes this crunching noise and acts as if it wants to keep going. It seems like something is loose?? Also when I push the gas pedal it sputters when I try to get up speed. Is there something major wrong with my car or does it just need a tune up? If so can you give me an estimate of what a repair shop may charge? Thanks
