I live in a nice area but, one of the homes in the area is a rental. The tenants are dealing drugs out of the house and the renter is smoking dope with his minor child in view of other homeowners. We are worried about the increased traffic and the other dangers that come with this problem. The police have been out several times but can't catch them in the act. We have confronted the tenants and the homeowner several times but, nothing has changed.
Does anyone know of any laws that would allow the area homeowners to file a law suit against the property owner ?declining property values..child endangerment( the area children) quality of life... I know i'm reaching here but, there must be some way to get these people out of the neighborhood...isn't there???
