Yes, if you get them without a dressing. With a dressing, you might as well just get on with it and stick a Big Mac down your cake hole.

i know hey i wanted to find out but the sneaky devils dont put any info on the packaging...

they taste like crap though.

without the dressing yes and without the fried chicken. you are better off eating a plain hamburger or fajita from there than the salads with fried chicken and dressing

The 'salad' part of it will be but the fried reconstituted chicken won't be. This always cracks me up - why would you go to a fast food company that is well known for selling trashy food and order a salad. Don't you just love McD's!!!!

I don't think so. If they're anything like burger king, they put stickers on the container of when it should be sold by and once that time is up they rip off the stick, pick out the bad lettuce, but some good lettuce in and put a new sticker on it and sell it.

They aren't lethal, but they salad dressing makes it come close to McD's fatty foods what cholesterol is concerned.

the salads themselves are pretty healthy, but the dressing makes it more caloric than a burger

In Australia, the salads do not have the heart foundation tick, which means they aren't a healthier alternative to salads in other stores. So, therefore, regular salad (straight from the garden) in healthier.

If McDonald's advertises all the healthy aspects of their salad, by law, it has to be true.

youd be better off making your own salad because then you actually know what your putting in your mouth..

macdonalds has a reputation for being unhealthy....so no...i dont think the salads are heathly
