Are the people who develop your photos allowed to look at them?

I mean like the one's at Shopper's Drugmart? I know this may sound like a stupid question, but I just want assurance, since I wanna develop this roll of film, but there's some private pictures on it (hint: illegal substance use..), and I don't really want the person to see, or tell my parents haha.

I wouldn't worry about it. I'm sure the person who develops and prints your images for you honestly couldn't give a damn about a few shots of you and your mates smoking some weed or snorting coke or whatever it is you are doing. I'm sure they see this on a daily basis and just get on with their job and go home at the end of the day, rather than turn police informer and have the hassle of being dragged to court and testify.

Chill out (I'm sure you will!).

Yes, I think you may have a problem (not the substance abuse - that's a different and potentially more serious problem), but I don't think there's any way you can be sure the people processing the pictures won't look at them.
If it's really serious, try to find someone who does a lot of photography as a hobby and does their own processing. Ask them to process the film for you.
