are the pedals and gear shift reversed on vehicles with the driver on the right side?

here in Canada where the driver sits on the left side there is the clutch on the left, break in the middle and gas on the right. Just wondering if these are reversed on cars in countries such as the UK where the driver sits on the right side. Also wondering if the gears are the same or reversed on the stick shift.
